2011 was a rough year for the Longhorn football team. They had a very young team consisting of 1 senior, 1 sophomore, and 6 freshman. Having the bulk of a team that grew up a lot duing the 2011 season, 2012 looks promising under the direction of coaches Mike Harty, Kelly Pickett, and Garrett Pickett.
