The junior high basketball games today have been postponed due to weather. Briggsdale is canceling school. We will work to find another date to play these games.
We have some changes for high school basketball this weekend. Boys V and JV have a game in Holyoke now on Friday night against their JV and C team.
The girls will travel to the Cotopaxi High School Invitational Friday and Saturday. They will play their first game Friday at 2 p.m. against Cripple Creek.

Lone Star is excited to announce that we have received a counselor core grant. Through this grant, the district will be able to hire a full time counselor beginning in the 2023-24 school year. Please consider completing the attached survey regarding a counseling position at Lone Star.

JH VOLLEYBALL TOURNEY TOMORROW @ OTIS:
There have been some changes to the JH volleyball tournament for Saturday. There are only two teams in the A team bracket with Lone Star facing Otis at 10 am. The B team bracket has four teams with Lone Star playing at 9 and 11 am. If your player is riding to Otis from the school contact Coach Lowe. They will be leaving the school by 7:45 am.
Tomorrow During the HS Volleyball home game the Senior class will be serving a yummy dinner of pizza, salad, a drink, and a cookie for dessert! Cost of the dinner will be $6. Please come and support our Seniors!
