Reminder for students taking college classes.
Classes with NJC and MCC begin on August 17th. If you are taking a college class and need a computer, you will need to come in beforehand to get one.
If you have questions or need assistance from Mrs. Biesemeier regarding classes, she will be at the school on August 4th, 13th, and the 14th, or you can reach her by phone.

The K-2 field trip will be arriving back at the school at around 4:45. There will be one stop in Otis.

3/4/5/6 graders are an hour and a half from the school. We will have a stop in Otis. We will be in Otis at 5:15pm. We will not wait long at Otis for rides, so be there on time or pick up at the school!

Good afternoon! The 2025-2026 Lone Star Yearbook is available for pre-purchase! Books will be delivered to Lone Star School this summer, and will be available for pick up at the beginning of the fall semester. Books are $45. Please see Julie Green in the office or Sandra Muller to get one ordered!

Good morning!

The district has made the decision to cancel school for Thursday and Friday (May 14th/15th) this week. With a shortage of substitute teachers, this will allow all teachers, students, parents who choose, to attend state track and support our athletes. The Book It field trip scheduled for Friday will be moved to next week and we will communicate those changes as soon as possible.
