Our annual FFA member sale is coming up on the 27th of March. We will start serving oysters and chicken strips at 5:00 p.m. The member sale and auction will follow soon after. You can purchase tickets at the entrance of the cafeteria if you do not have a ticket. Come join us!

Good afternoon Lone Star. High School track will be traveling to Yuma High School tomorrow to start off their season. The bus will leave Lone Star at 7:45 a.m. If your athlete plans to meet the team at Yuma High School, please contact Coach Ely, Coach Perelle, Coach Harty-Bowen, or Peggy. Change of plans for Pole Vault tomorrow. Due to forecast low temps we are canceling both JH and HS pole vault practices. Coach Ely will still be at the school from 10-12 for any HS Track athletes that want to lift or work drills inside. Wednesday and Friday remain unchanged. Text or call Coach Ely for any questions.

We are having optional HS track practice on MWF from 10-12. Pole Vault will be those days as well, JH from 10-11 and HS from 11-12.

Today was class picture day! If you were not able to get an order form to us and would still like pictures, here is the online ordering information. They would like all orders in by the end of this month.

Lone Star High School's Class of 2027 is preparing for our After Prom celebration, a safe and supervised event that gives students a fun place to gather after prom night. This event helps keep our students safe while creating lasting memories with their classmates.

We are currently seeking community support and donations to make this event possible. We welcome contributions of any kind, including:

Good afternoon, Lone Star! Just a few reminders for the regional basketball game tonight: Admission is different; adults/$10, students amd seniors/ $7 and CHSAA or CHSCA passes only. The game will ONLY be streamed on NFHS. LET'S GO LONGHORNS!!!!!

It's almost game day!! Tomorrow, 3/6/26, our Lady Longhorns will be traveling up to Fleming to take on the Wildcats for the first round of regionals. The bus will leave Lone Star at 3:45 and tip off will be at 5:00 p.m. So come on up and support your Lady Longhorns!! I have attached all game day information that was sent out by Fleming. Reminder: Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for tomorrow, March 5th from 4:00- 7:00. K-4th will have scheduled times with your students teachers. 5th-12th grade will be a come as you can during that time period. Mrs. Manuello will need to be done by 6:30 as she has a senior parent meeting for senior trip at 6:30.

Good evening, Lonestar! Tomorrow, 2/28/26, is another day of HS basketball. Our HS teams will travel up to Sterling once again. The boys will play at 3:30 p.m. against Weldon Valley at Sterling High School in Tiger Den. Then the girls will play at 5:00 p.m. against Otis at Sterling High School in Tiger Den. The boys bus will leave Lonestar at 1:15 p.m. and the girls van will leave Lonestar at 2:45 p.m. LET'S GO LONGHORNS
