ENROLLMENT PACKETS GO HOME TODAY! Yes it is that time of year. Your child (one of them) will bring home a packet with enrollment papers in them. As a returning student you will look over the information we have on the demographic sheet and correct anything that needs it. Please return the following: 1. Enrollment papers 2. Handbook/Internet forms 3. Field trip Form 4. Free and reduced application - Everyone PLEASE fill this out even if you think you might not qualify as we do not know if the school will receive school wide free lunches next year. 5. Student driver/Armed forces form (11th-12th) for students that it applies to. 6. Dental Screening - optional

May 26 - 3rd-8th grade field trip to Fly high Thurs. May 26 - 5-12th grade Awards night 6pm -8th grade continuation follows awards MAY 27TH - LAST DAY OF SCHOOL - Elementary awards at 8AM. Followed by K-4 field day ALL SCHOOL PICNIC - KIDS ARE DISMISSED AFTER THE PICNIC - BUSES RUN AT 1:10

HS Track will be leaving the school at 5:45 am tomorrow. The bus will stop in Yuma around 6:15 and Otis around 6:30 am. Good luck to all of our athletes.

From Lone Star School: Tonight we will be having the All year sports awards this evening. It will begin at 6:30 PM (it is not a food banquet) (sports included: football, gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, and track) The 7th grade is hosting a "Fun Festival" on Friday from 4-6 pm for any students who want to attend - each game is 50 cents. HS Senior Graduation is Sunday May 15th at 10 AM.

JH and HS track pictures will be this Friday the 13th. This will also be JH jersey return day.

REMINDER: HS track in Akron tomorrow. Bus leaves the school at 9:45 am.

The junior high track bus will be at the school in 15 minutes. Please have a ride there for your athlete.

Lonestar junior high track bus will be in Otis in 10 minutes please plan accordingly!

Schedule for JH league track meet in Akron

JH league track on Monday in Akron. Bus is leaving the school at 7:30am. There will be a pick up in Otis at 7:45am. Have your athlete check their emails for events to be sent to them by tomorrow evening.

Reminder: Prom is tomorrow night! NJC Ball Room -upstairs at the Hayes Student Center Grand March: 7:00 pm Pictures: 7:30 pm Parents/Community are welcome to attend the grand march to take pictures and watch the crowning of this years royalty.

High school track bus is leaving at 7:00am from the school. No pick up areas. The meet is in Holyoke. Saturday the bus is leaving at 7:30 am from the school. No pick up areas. The meet is also in Holyoke.

CHANGES for HS track meets: The Hway invitational at Holyoke has been moved to Friday May 6th starting at 8:30 am. The HS YWKC meet has been scheduled for Saturday and will be at Holyoke also starting at 9 am.

The high School League track meet scheduled for today has been changed to Saturday and will take place at Holyoke. They are merging the Holyoke meet with our YWKC meet. the meet will start at 9am.

There will be No pole vault practice tomorrow due to weather. HS track please check the team good classroom for an at home workout. JH will have a pole vault practice on Thursday during 8th hour. HS will have pole vault on Tuesday during 7th hour.

UPDATE:the bus is leaving Otis. Please be there by 7:15 to get your athletes.
